1. Cancellation 30 days or more before the trip start date:

   • Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.

2. Cancellation between 15 to 29 days before the trip start date:

   • 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded.

3. Cancellation within 14 days of the trip start date:

   • No refund will be provided.

4. No Show:

   • No refund will be provided for failure to show up on the trip start date.

Rescheduling Option

• You may reschedule your trip up to 15 days before the start date, subject to availability. A small rescheduling fee of ₹1,000 per person will apply.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

• Booking Confirmation:

  • To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.

• Final Payment:

  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 7 days before the trip start date.

• Last-Minute Bookings:

  • For bookings made within 7 days of the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
